Maintenance and overhaul
The operation period of the drain valve is generally 12 months. When it expires, open the outlet body to remove dirt and clean the filter screen. If there are many medium impurities, it can be cleaned in advance as appropriate. The drain valve may be loosely closed due to long use. At this time, it shall be replaced or repaired in time (such as maintenance: open the outlet body, remove the valve cover and open it, and check whether the valve plate and seat seal are worn. It can be ground on the platform with 600 mesh gold steel sand mixed with engine oil until the two electrical parts are sealed with each other.
