Diaphragm Pump

A diaphragm pump, also known as a membrane pump, is a positive displacement pump widely used across industries for handling various fluids. Its operation requires only a compressed air supply. The pump utilizes two flexible diaphragms that move back and forth, creating a temporary chamber that both draws in and expels fluid. The diaphragms act as a separation barrier between the air and the liquid. These pumps rely on the reciprocating action of a rubber, thermoplastic, or Teflon diaphragm, paired with check valves or other types of shut-off valves on either side, to efficiently pump fluid.
