Quality Warranty
Kosen Valve and its authorized distributors warrant that the products delivered will conform to the specifications outlined in the order and will be free from latent defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of installation at the project site, or eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery of the final batch, whichever comes first.
Purchaser's Responsibilities:
Products must be properly stored, installed, operated, and handled. They must not be misused and should only be used for the intended service and application for which they were designed and sold.
The warranty becomes void if soft parts (such as seats, seals, and O-rings) are damaged due to exposure to chemicals or temperatures beyond their design specifications. Likewise, damage caused by debris or particles to valve seats or seals voids the warranty unless the valve was specifically designed for such service (e.g., hard-faced "metal-to-metal" seating).
Any modification or alteration, such as changing ends, actuators, operators, or trim, by the client or a third party, without prior written approval from KOSEN, will void all warranty obligations.
