The orbit plug valve features a guide rail structure that ensures no wear on the sealing surface and the plug during the opening process. When the valve opens, the plug is first lifted by the driving mechanism, and the sliding blocks come together, disengaging from the sealing surface. Then, the plug rotates with the sliding blocks to the open position.

The lift plug valve reduces friction with the valve body sealing surface by lifting the plug and rotating it 90 degrees during the opening process, extending the valve's service life. Upon closing, the plug rotates to the closed position and then descends to make contact with the sealing surface, ensuring a tight seal.

The eccentric plug valve, with its unique eccentric sealing design, significantly reduces operating torque and minimizes sealing surface wear, thus extending valve life. It features a rectangular straight-through flow path, resulting in low head loss and excellent linear flow regulation. This valve is suitable for applications in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, slurry, and clean water environments, and is commonly used for shutoff or flow control.
