The basket type strainer is designed to efficiently filter fluid by removing solid impurities. It comprises several key components: a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, flanges, a flange cover, and fasteners. As the fluid flows into the main pipe, it passes through the filter basket, where solid impurity particles are trapped. The clean fluid then exits through the filter outlet. Maintenance of the strainer is straightforward. When cleaning is necessary, simply unscrew the screw plug located at the bottom of the main pipe to drain the fluid. Next, remove the flange cover to access and take out the filter basket. After cleaning the filter basket, reassemble the components. This design ensures that maintenance is quick and convenient, minimizing downtime.
