Y Type Globe Valve, API 602, ASTM A182 F11, 3 IN, CL900, PSB

Key Specifications / Features

Y Type Globe Valve Supplier in China produces 80 mm globe valves from ASTM A182 F11 alloy steel. The valve size is 3 inches or DN80. The pressure class is 900 LB or PN150. The design meets API 602 standards. The bonnet type is pressure seal. The Y pattern body reduces flow resistance compared to standard globe valves. It allows the stem and disc to operate at an angle to the flow path. This design lowers pressure drop and improves flow capacity. ASTM A182 F11 provides high temperature strength and creep resistance.

Pressure-sealed globe valves are meticulously designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These globe valves feature a compact yet extremely robust design, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a highly reliable seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to a precisely engineered torque value, and the body-bonnet joint is further strength-welded, offering dual protection against leakage (body, bonnet threads, and strength-weld). The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces. Optional designs are available with double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.

Key Features

» After fine processing, forged steel materials exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, making them highly suitable for use in various corrosive media. This characteristic significantly extends the service life of valves.

» Forged steel globe valves are typically designed to be compact, featuring a smaller volume and occupying less space. This design makes them easy to install and use, particularly in working conditions where space is limited.
