Fully welded ball valves, also known as welded body ball valves, feature a body that is completely welded. They are designed as stop or shutoff valves for water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, housing and municipal services, as well as process lines in chemical and oil-refining plants and pulp-and-paper production facilities. The forging materials undergo ultrasonic examination in accordance with ASME nondestructive testing requirements, and the welding seam on the connection face is subjected to liquid penetration inspection. A corrosion allowance is provided in the body wall thickness. Critical components, including the carbon steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring, are chemically nickel-plated according to ASTM B733 and B656. Additional corrosion-resistant materials are available based on user requirements. Valve materials can be selected according to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR0103 standards. Strict quality control and inspection are carried out throughout manufacturing to ensure full compliance with applicable standards and reliable performance in sulfurized service environments.
