The Fully Welded Ball Valve, also known as a Welded Body Ball Valve, features a fully welded body for enhanced strength and durability. These valves are designed for stop/shutoff service in water and gas supply systems, heat-power engineering, municipal utilities, and process pipelines in chemical, oil-refining, pulp, and paper industries. All forging materials undergo ultrasonic testing in accordance with ASME nondestructive examination requirements. The welding bevel on the connection face is inspected using liquid penetrant examination. A specified corrosion allowance is incorporated into the body wall thickness to ensure long-term reliability. The carbon-steel stem, fixed shaft, ball, seat, and seat ring are chemically nickel-plated in accordance with ASTM B733 and B656. Additional corrosion-resistant materials are available according to user needs. To meet specific service environments, valve materials can be selected in compliance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR0103. Strict quality control and inspection procedures are implemented throughout manufacturing to fully satisfy the requirements of these standards and ensure dependable performance in sour-gas environments.
