The cast floating ball valve design supports the ball with two PTFE seats, one on the upstream side and the other on the downstream side. When upstream pressure is applied, the ball is pushed toward the downstream seat, compressing it to achieve a complete shutoff. All cast floating ball valves feature high-quality castings and a fire-safe design certified according to BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA. They meet all applicable ASME standards. Our floating ball valves are available in one-piece uni-body, two-piece split-body, and three-piece bolted-body designs. They are engineered and manufactured to the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351, or their equivalents, and come with standard features such as fire-safe construction, anti-static devices, and blowout-proof stems.
