Cast Floating Ball Valves feature a design in which the ball is supported by two PTFE seats, one on the upstream side and the other on the downstream side. When upstream pressure is applied, it pushes the ball toward the downstream seat, compressing it to achieve a complete and reliable shutoff. All our Cast Floating Ball Valves are manufactured with high-quality castings and include a fire-safe design certified according to BS 6755, API 607, and API 6FA. They meet all applicable ASME standards. Floating Ball Valves are available in One-Piece Uni-body, Two-Piece Split Body, and Three-Piece Bolted Body designs. They are engineered and manufactured to the latest international standards, including API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351, or their equivalents. Standard features include fire-safe construction, anti-static protection, and blowout-proof stem design.
