Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Valves ensure a true double-isolation function by incorporating two obturators within a single valve body. They provide a bleed function through a bleed/vent system located between the obturators, using a body port with a ball, gate, or needle valve. Derived from floating ball valve design principles, our DBB valves are available in several construction types. Double block and bleed ball valves (DBB ball valves) enable a pipeline section to be isolated from both upstream and downstream sides. This design enhances safety by preventing accidental leaks that could cause harm, making the valves highly effective for oil and gas applications. In addition to robust safety performance, our valves reduce the need for extra components, saving both installation space and overall cost.
